A House of Heirloom Textiles.
In Egyptian homes, there is a word for the blanket everyone reaches for. The one that stops the eye when it is draped across a chair, and earns its place every night when the layers are lifted. Woven in jacquard patterns with a history older than any trend, cool enough to sleep under and weighted enough to feel held. It is simply called a Koverta. There is no other word for it.
Kovertas was built around that object. Around the belief that where we rest matters, and what we rest under should be as considered as everything else we bring into our lives. Each piece is woven from Egyptian cotton, made to improve with every wash, and designed to belong in your home for years — and in your family for longer.
About
The Alex Collection.
The first Kovertas collection. Egyptian cotton jacquard throws inspired by centuries of craft. Designed to anchor a room and loved by everyone at home. Named after Alexandria (“Alex”), the throw blends effortlessly wherever it belongs.

Rest prepares you for tomorrow
The made bed is not a small thing. It is a signal to yourself, to the day ahead that order is possible, that beauty is possible, that the space you move through deserves intention. A Koverta belongs in that space. Because it is beautiful. And because it earns its place every single day.

#1
The Design
Each piece is conceived and developed in-house, the patterns, the construction, the colourways. Every decision is made before a single thread is woven, because what something becomes at the end depends entirely on intention at the beginning.

#2
Woven From Egyptian Cotton. Made to Be Lived In
Egyptian Cotton Jacquard Woven from 100% Egyptian cotton in structural jacquard patterns, dense, breathable, and made to improve with every wash. The kind of piece that looks considered draped over a chair and earns its place every night when the layers are lifted.

#3
Made To Belong
Kovertas pieces are made to live in a home layered over beds, claimed by the person on the sofa, passed down when the time comes. The kind of textile people reach for without thinking it.
